The Ocelot was a coproduction of Gene Davis and Larrie Schneider. The original engine that was used was an Ocelot 850cc, 135 hp two stroke, water cooled Suzuki triple. The Ocelot also had a special Suzuki 5 speed racing gearbox. The gearbox utilizes straight cut gears and a special close ratio fifth gear. John McCann is restoring the car in the picture, the chassis is a production of John and the engine is an Ocelot TR750. One of the former Ocelot riders was Bill Meyer, who also raced a Barton square four powered car.
