    Hi again guys.


    Just added a couple of pics in "engine mods". Got my cylinders back from Fiedler today, did a porting job and closed all injector and oil-holes in the cylinder,great work. I have also bought cylinder-heads with changeable inserts, thicker base-gasket to raise the ports a little bit. Pictures of the crank-bearings i am going to use, NTN TMB 305 JR2 c3, reinforced cage and designed to operate in gearbox oil.


    Will add some text to all the pictures when i get more spare time :)


    I am also planning to add a much bigger radiator to the bike as it runs to hot almost all the time, will keep you updated as the work goes on!

    lubrication is thru the the crank and rod into the crankcase were it is mixed with the gas.


    I will try to take more pictures of the crank and the seal area later. Regarding the other subjects i will look at that later when i assemble the engine.


    My plan is to make a english-speaking forum on my website because i think the new msn/multiply forum is not functional at all and seems to been abandoned by all....

    Finally i finished disassembling the engine, updated with the latest pictures today. Please let me know if there is anything you would like to see pictures off, i will keep adding pictures whit mods etc.. when i start to reassemble the engine/bike.

    If my german is right i understand that you wonder about the bearings on my crank, the conversion to roller-bearings is done by Rs-product in France, 350 km after the roller-bearing convertion the engine stopped....., both cranks, piston, cylinder and cylinder head destroyed, not an recommended modification!!
